Return & Exchange Policy

At SWAGMIGO, every product is made on demand, especially for you. We want you to love what you order! However, since each item is custom-printed, please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

✅ Eligible for Replacement

We will gladly replace your product at no extra cost if:

• The item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective
  
• You inform us within 7 days of delivery
  
• We strongly recommend recording a video while opening/unpacking your order, ensuring all stickers/labels are intact. This video will serve as proof in case of missing or damaged product(s) or parcel(s). Without video proof, it will be difficult for us to proceed with returns or refunds.

Once verified, we’ll reprint and ship a replacement promptly.

🚫 Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Because our products are printed only after your order is placed, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or refunds for:

• Wrong size or color ordered by mistake
  
• Change of mind after ordering
  
• Orders without valid proof of damage or defect

Product(s) purchased during clearance sale, BOGO offers, exclusive discounts on products, brand collaboration promotions, or any activity/event/campaign with a free product(s) cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. The T&Cs will be mentioned when you apply the coupon code.

🔁 Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, you can place a new order for the correct size.
We’ll be happy to guide you through the sizing process to avoid future mismatches.

📦 Order Cancellations & RTO (Return to Origin)

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 2 hours, as they move into production quickly.
  
• Fake or repeated RTO (return-to-origin) orders will be blocked from future purchases to ensure fair service for genuine customers.
  
• Please make sure to enter the correct address and contact details to avoid delivery failures.
